  The food is great but the last 3 nights I got off work and wanted to order some cravings and there was no answer so I finally tonight decided I'd go to the store and just order it there cause I thought the phone was messed up or something and when I got there the open sign was off door was locked and owner was sitting in the store and had been ignoring the phone, and this was 45 minutes before they were supposed to close, if you're going to sit in there and wait for the actual close time then at least pick up the phone and tell me you're closing early because you're not busy... horrible customer service

  The best place in Keswick I constantly order my pizza, panzerottis and poutines from. The quality and care of the food is consistently good and I have yet had a bad meal. Definitely order your pizza from cravings the next time you have the munchies. However, they need to work on their wings...

  Always super friendly. Although it does sometimes take a little bit longer for the pizza delivery to arrive, the quality and taste is totally worth it.

  My bf and I went to Cravings a few mins ago to get Pitas. He wanted to get subs but stupid me said no let's get pitas... worst decision ever! Last time I checked lettuce is green and not brown. The young guy behind the counter opens the lettuce container and scoops it into my bfs pita. I speak up and say umm that lettuce is brown, can you please get fresh lettuce as that's gross. His response was "this is all we have" so he offers just spinach. I personally do not like spinach so now I'm left with no lettuce no spinach and my appetite for this pita is GONE... so I just get him to put the stuff from the grill in mine cause I now do not trust a single thing that's in front of me since it's all in the same area. This store has a grocery store in the same plaza! No reason someone couldn't have gotten fresh lettuce. Disgusting!! I will never eat here ever again. The lack of care from the employee was even worse. I asked him if he personally would eat that lettuce and he stumbles his words tried to change the subject and then says he would. So upset and now I'm going to go and get a sub anyways... cause I'm not eating from this disgusting restaurant ever again!!! Never will I ever recommend them!

  Craving bites can be a 50/50 chance of being godly or the equivalent to volcanic rocks. Other then that its pretty great.
