  I been here a few times just for a coffee as we headed out to Toronto to help my friend out with a business. We always wanted to be early for work and sometimes we would pass up this Tim Hortons because it looked so busy. But, looks are deceiving. The service is extremely fast. Just because of that I felt a review was a must for future reviewer. The wait times here are short and fast. The staff is friendly. The place is clean.

  Lines move super fast, especially their drive-through! Sometimes there will be a line of cars extending all the way through the parking lot which might seem intimidating but trust me it moves FAST!.. Just get in line anyway, you'll see!

  After receiving my order and getting home I discovered my sandwich was made incorrectly. I went back and spoke to the manager who solved the problem by remaking my sandwich. After returning home a second time I opened my oatmeal to discover that it to was made incorrectly where I called the store informing the same manager of the inconvience. I will not be returning to this Tim Horton's because promises of quality were not up to standard.

  Staff seemed rude; served a person behind me 1st. When mentioned not even an apology. More like it was my fault for being hearing impaired.

  Amazing customer service these people are the most unappreciated lowest paid people in the retail industry. They get your order quick to you they are as polite as they come. There are three Tim Hortons to choose from in this city I always go to this one great staff
