  I suppose it's good that McDonald;s now has a greater variety of foods but it's hard to know what to order. The menu board constantly changes to show advertising.
  
  If you know what you want when you go in, that's great. If you're not familiar with McDonald's menu, you'll be better off at A&W or Wendy's. How can you order when you don't know what they have? I ended up just asking the person at the cash what she liked to eat there and then ordering that (it was a chicken wrap).
  
  I guess it's because they now have a machine for you to stand and order/pay at. I had cash though (guess that makes me old) but I don't want to order from a machine - I like to human interaction. I hadn't been in years, and I'm not going to miss it.

  This place is a bit of a joke. I had a simple order through the drive-thru and they messed it up.
  It was just a very unusual experience. Didn't receive any straws for my beverages, beverages seem to of been overfilled and ran all over the sides of the cups as they were handed to me. The worker was cursing at the pop machine as it wasn't functioning properly for her. This place needs professional people to make things better.

  I've just read some of the reviews and felt I needed to comment about an experience that I witnessed a number of months ago. A vision impaired senior ordered at the counter. The supervisor assisted the gentleman to a seat and later brought him his order. I'm not saying that he couldn't have done it himself but the restaurant was very crowded and kinda hard to navigate. It was a very nice gesture. Keswick doesn't have a lot of jobs for young high school students and by the looks of the young faces they hire a lot of students. Probably their first job....especially in such a fast paced restaurant. Not making excuses...just the reality.

  Fast service, however 2 staff members... one supposedly was a manager or supervisor (white shirt) felt it ok to drop the F-Bomb repeatedly​ infront of small children in the sitting area. Not impressed!!!
